RESERVATION, NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT

Full payment for accommodation must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION

If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival – no charge.

If cancellation occurs between 7-14 days prior arrival  – 50% charged

Any cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to arrival the full amount is charged.

NO SHOW

No refunds will be issued in the event of a no show for pre-paid accommodation.
